The Mansion at Oak Hill sits on over 22 acres of beautiful wooded property. The Grand Ballroom can hold up to 500 guests, and may be divided into two rooms to accommodate smaller parties of up to 225 guests. The ballroom is the perfect setting for wedding receptions, bar or bat mitzvahs, corporate meetings and events or non-profit fundraising parties.
Filled with elements of southern style, early eighteen century décor and architecture, The Mansion exudes charm and character. Two of the original marble and wood fireplaces adorn the library and living room where guests are welcome to have more intimate conversation. The banquet rooms are elegantly decorated and are surrounded by large cathedral style windows for spectacular views of our dense woods filled with tall graceful trees. A balcony strung with white lights wraps completely around the banquet rooms, allowing guests to socialize outdoors. The Mansion at Oak Hill is a non-smoking facility, but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors on the balcony.
The Mansion at Oak Hill is complete with food and beverage choices, crisp white linens covering five foot round tables that seat 8-10 guests, coordinating white napkins, comfortable chairs, white china, crystal candle center pieces, utensils, glassware and 6 clothed and skirted ancillary tables. Bars, dance floors and entertainment staging are all built into the banquet rooms. The above mentioned items are all included in the pricing, as well as all personnel. Coat check employees may be added for an additional fee. All prices are subject to service charges and state sales tax and are subject to change up to 90 days prior to your event.
Room Options and Minimums
The Mansion at Oak Hill has a variety of rooms to suit your needs. We can accommodate private dinner parties up to 32 or larger celebrations and corporate events with seating up to 500. Due to the popularity of certain days and times, minimums and available times vary.
Opening in the Spring of 2003, is the Outdoor Tent Pavilion. Complete with a deck floor, white wooden chairs and outdoor lighting, the tent will provide a beautiful, unique spot for up to 250 guests.
For picnics and more casual affairs, Northern Beach is available for almost any size party. Covered pavilions, playgrounds, and sporting facilities for volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer and horseshoe games all make up the complete outdoor picnic package.

A date will be considered confirmed when a deposit has been received and you have a signed a contract with us. If you are interested in reserving The Mansion at Oak Hill, please call us at 317.843.9850 Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to set up an appointment to view the facility and/or complete the paperwork procedure. You will be asked to sign a contract and make periodic deposits as outlined in your contract which will be applied to the total purchase price of the event.
