A 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage purchases and additional rental and set-up items. Local sales tax will be charged for all items on the final bill, including room rental and service charge.

*The food and beverage minimums are based upon the purchase of a complete lunch, dinner or Hors d’Oeuvre buffet selection from our menu plus your choice of beverage services for the stated number of guests. Regardless of the final count, you will be charged the full menu and beverage prices for the minimum guest number. For Saturday evening events, you will be charged the minimum food and beverage requirement or the actual charge for food and beverages services for your total number of guests, whichever is greater.

Cancellation policy: If event is cancelled prior to one year in advance of date, all deposits are refunded or transferable to another date. If the event is cancelled between one year and six months prior to the date, the deposit is refunded only if the date is rebooked and the event is held as scheduled. No transfer of this deposit is allowed and the deposit will be refunded upon the conclusion of the new event less a $25.00 processing fee. If the cancellation is less than six months prior to the scheduled event, there are no refunds or transfers allowed.
